Large finance system implementations need to be closely managed in order to meet budgets, delivery dates and expected outcomes post completion. Many businesses utilise bespoke CRM and/or sales software which has been developed specifically for their own needs and requirements, and has grown or developed organically with the business over time.

However, such software may have been gradually developed in response to user requests rather than being consistent with internal business processes, and therefore may not integrate as effectively as possible with other business systems.

Additionally many businesses use ‘off the shelf’ software, such as SAGE, Quickbooks, Xero or Microsoft Dynamics GP, alongside their other business systems, but may not be utilising all of the available functionality as efficiently as possible for their business.

Training

Sakura delivers training to your staff on SAGE accounts and payroll software, as well as on Quickbooks (where we already have ProAdvisor certification status for a number of our accounting staff), on Xero accounts software and for larger SME’s on Microsoft Dynamics GP.

We can provide our training service on site to your staff, or alternatively at our own offices in west London. We also offer live online training.

SAGE 50 Accounts is standard finance software suitable for all types of businesses, from start-ups through to larger SMEs.

With appropriate set up and configuration at the outset during the planning stage, it enables much of the accounting and bookkeeping requirements, even for complex businesses, to be handled efficiently and effectively in house. For example generating sales invoices and customer statements, processing supplier information and providing a standard suite of financial reports.

We can assist with planning and configuration of SAGE 50 accounts for your business and also provide appropriate training to your staff to ensure best practice at the outset. We can also arrange for additional reports to be developed for the specific needs of your business.

• SAGE PAYROLL

SAGE Payroll is an HMRC ‘Real Time Information (RTI) ready software that enables businesses to simplify their routine payroll and annual leave processes, while ensuring that they remain compliant with all RTI monthly and annual requirements.

SAGE payroll can also provide a suite of reports, some of which can be developed for your specific business needs, for all of your payroll needs.

We can assist with the setup and configuration of SAGE payroll, which can also include training of your staff.

• SAGE ‘ADD ON’ SOFTWARE - EasyDD

This is a SAGE approved ‘add on ‘ to the SAGE 50 and SAGE 200 Accounts software, specifically for use in businesses with multiple in bound direct debits from their Clients.

The software is fully tested and compliant with SEPA .xml file format so you are ready to go in 2016. We will also support the old csv format indefinitely. With seamless integration with Sage, cash is posted and allocated against invoices selected continuously. This will save you time, as you will no longer have to post cash manually.

With a process map and user friendly design you can complete you entire direct debit run in minutes with a few easy steps saving you hours in time.

With Sage you can process in bulk, meaning that you can generate suggested collections that can then be amended or take part of an invoice or remove an invoice from the collection completely.

Email notifications are automatically generated with the following detailed information:

• Invoice Date
• Invoice Reference
• Invoice Amount

Notifications are then sent via Outlook or smtp in server friendly html format.
